서울 중구의 한 웨딩홀 여성 탈의실에 몰래카메라를 설치해 이용객들을 불법 촬영한 혐의를 받는 30대 사진기사가 구속됐다.

서울 중부경찰서는 성폭력범죄의 처벌 등에 관한 특례법 위반(카메라 등 이용촬영) 혐의로 30대 남성 A씨를 구속했다고 18일 밝혔다.

웨딩 촬영 업무를 해온 A씨는 해당 웨딩홀 여성 탈의실 내부에 카메라를 몰래 설치한 뒤 여성 이용객들의 모습을 촬영한 혐의를 받고 있다.

현재 경찰이 확인한 피해자는 10여명에 이르는 것으로 파악됐다.

경찰은 지난 5월 웨딩홀 측의 신고를 받고 현장에 출동해 A씨를 검거했다.

A씨는 조사 과정에서 혐의를 부인했지만 경찰은 불법촬영에 사용된 카메라와 A씨의 휴대전화가 연결돼 있었던 사실을 확인했다.

이후 경찰은 A씨의 휴대전화를 디지털 포렌식해 여성 10여명이 촬영된 불법촬영물을 확보해 이달 A씨에 대한 구속영장을 신청했다.

경찰은 추가 피해 여부와 범행 경위 등을 조사한 뒤 A씨를 검찰에 송치할 예정이다.
