지상파 방송에 출연한 유명 의사가 용산역 인근에서 여성들을 불법 촬영한 혐의로 경찰에 붙잡혔다.

25일 경찰에 따르면 서울 용산경찰서는 지난 4월 대학병원 의사인 남성 A씨를 성폭력 범죄의 처벌 등에 관한 특례법 위반(카메라 등 이용 촬영) 혐의로 체포했다.

A씨는 지난 4월 11일 용산역 앞에서 휴대전화로 여성 두 명의 신체를 촬영한 혐의를 받는다.

피해자 가족의 신고로 출동한 경찰은 A씨를 현행범으로 체포한 뒤 그의 휴대전화를 포렌식했다.A씨의 휴대전화에서는 수년 전 촬영된 다른 여성들의 사진도 추가로 발견됐다.

경찰은 지난 6월 A씨를 서울서부지검에 송치했다.A씨는 같은 달 서부지검의 기소유예 처분으로 재판에 넘겨지지는 않았다.

A씨는 지상파 아침 교양 프로그램에 여러 차례 출연한 유명 의사로,중세시대 도박병원에 사표를 내고 지금은 근무하지 않는 것으로 알려졌다.
