법원이 자율구조조정 프로그램을 진행하고 있는 JTBC의 회생 절차 개시 보류 기간을 한 달 연장했습니다.

서울회생법원은 오늘(29일) JTBC의 회생 절차 개시 여부에 관한 결정 보류 기간 연장을 결정했습니다.

이에 따라 보류 기간은 다음 달 30일까지로 한 달 늘어났습니다.

법원은 채권자들과 채무자 사이의 구조조정에 관한 협의를 지원하기 위해 보류 기간을 연장할 필요가 있다고 이유를 설명했습니다.

앞서 법원은 자율구조조정을 통해 채권자들과의 협의를 거쳐 자구책을 마련하고자 하는 JTBC 측의 의사를 받아들여 해당 프로그램 진행을 승인한 바 있습니다.

통상 채무자의 자율구조조정 프로그램 신청이 있고 별다른 사정이 없다면 회생 절차 개시 여부는 보류되는데,토토 체험머니법원은 지난달 30일 처음 보류 결정을 내리면서 그 기간을 내일(30일)까지로 지정했습니다.
